  • Service refers to the Notifery event/notification platform.
  • User refers to individuals who access or use our service.
  • Account refers to a registered user profile within our service.
  • Zone refers to a project or topic area created by users to organize notifications.
  • Group refers to categorizations within zones for further organization.
  • Event refers to individual notifications sent through our platform.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account using Google or GitHub authentication. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the security of your account.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the rights of others.
  • Transmit spam, malware, or other malicious content.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
  • Automate access to the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

5. Service Limitations

Notifery provides access to notification features with certain limitations based on your account plan. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of the service without notice.
  • Enforce usage limits for notifications, zones, and other features.
  • Remove content that violates these Terms or may expose us to legal liability.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Notifery and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain their rights to any content they submit, post, or display on or through the service.

7. API Usage

When using the Notifery API, you agree to:

  • Follow any rate limits we implement
  • Use API keys securely and not share them with unauthorized parties
  • Not attempt to circumvent any access controls or usage limitations
  • Notify us promptly of any security vulnerabilities you discover
  • Comply with any documentation or guidelines we provide for API usage

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

To delete your account, please send an email to hello at notifery dot com with your request.

When your account is deleted:

  • Your personal information will be deleted within 30 days
  • Any events or notifications you've configured will be immediately disabled
  • Access to your zones and groups will be revoked
  • Historical event data may be retained in anonymous form for analytical purposes
  • Billing for paid plans will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Notifery, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the service.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or data stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service.
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the service.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Notifery is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
